first frost is published by Ambidextrous Bloodhound Press. We recently re-organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our purpose is to publish literature and art and to benefit charities. Our online journals (right hand pointing, One Sentence Poems, Unbroken, Unlost, and The Scarred Tree) are available for free on the Internet. Sales of first frost and some of our other print publications benefit other charities. We subtract our expenses from revenues and donate all net proceeds to charity. So, please consider supporting us. All monthly donors get first frost for free!
